Royal Ascot / Ascot Racecourse
Starting with a team of 10 in 2016 at our first event, we now supply Hit Squad team members and front of house staff across Ascot’s most prestigious bars and restaurants.
Twickenham Stadium
The Autumn Internationals 2021 saw us first start supporting Twickenham with both a Hit Squad and hospitality front of house team. The relationship has gone from strength to strength as the number of team supporting each match day during the Six Nations 2022 continues to grow.
RHS Chelsea Flower Show
Since 2017 we’ve supported Chelsea Flower Show with Hit Squad members and front of house staff - working in the event's's finest restaurants.
Henley Royal Regatta
Since 2017 our Bar Managers and Hit Squad team have been delivering sparkling service by the river as part of the event's VIP and hospitality area. 2021 saw us expand in to providing Front of House staff to the Stewards Enclosure.
The Open Golf Championship
Spanning over 10 days, the world famous Open Golf Championship has a strong hit squad and front of house team working with them. Logistically challenging with different locations each year, the Open is always a strong favourite among the team.
Cheltenham Racecourse
2020 was our first year at Cheltenham. Our front of house team worked in the VIP restaurants and boxes with many also supporting daily staff check-in as hit squad. 2022 has seen a significant rise in numbers working across the the many race days and the magnificent Cheltenham Festival.
PEI Media
PEI media host large conferences around the world in the real estate finance industry. We worked closely with organisers across daily operations - from checking in delegates to assisting Q&A’s.
The Oval Cricket Ground
The Hit Squad were introduced to The Oval in 2018, significantly raising speed and turnover at staff check-in. We now provide Hit Squad and front of house staff across the venue all summer.
Magdalen College School, Oxford
A leading independent day school in Oxford, Magdalen College School often holds large functions, dinners and awards ceremonies. We have provided waiting staff for events and dinners at the school.
Hampton Court Palace Flower Show
2018 was our first year at the Hampton Court Flower Show where we provided our Hit Squad team to run the staffing and check-in operations.
Farnborough Air Show
Our Hit Squad team was used at the biennial event last time around in 2018. They worked closely with the onsite staffing team to coordinate workers and service over the large area of the airfield.
Blenheim Palace
